Hosted Buyer Application

Welcome to the IMEX America Online Hosted Buyer application form

To qualify for the program, you must organize outbound events (outside your own country).

It is very important that you complete all the sections.

Events:

IMEX requires full details of 3 events - 2 must be past events occurring within the last 18 months, and 1 can be a confirmed upcoming event which will occur in the next 12 months.

  • Buyers from within the USA - at least 2 events must have occurred outside of the US
  • Buyers from outside the USA - at least 1 event must have occurred within the US and the other 2 events must have occurred outside of your home country

IMEX checks with the venues to verify the details provided. Please ensure this information is accurate.

The application will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Before you start please ensure you have the following information about the 3 events you have organized or are in the process of organizing:

  • Dates (start/end)
  • Venue Name
  • Delegate countries
  • Delegate Numbers
  • Type of Event

If you require a visa for entry to the USA, you will need your passport to complete the application form.

Communications from IMEX America will mainly be via email - Please ensure that our domain names 'imexexhibitions.com' and 'imexexhibitionsemail.com' are added to your safe-senders list.

For your own security, the IMEX application form is only active for 45 minutes.
Information in partially completed application forms will be saved however the security information will be required to be re-entered.

IMPORTANT: The application form, and all other communication from IMEX, will be in English. Please complete all fields in English.
