This is your first step in your journey to becoming a hosted buyer at IMEX America. Note that this application form is in English so please complete all fields in English.

This form takes approximately 20 mins to complete.

Before you start make sure you have this info available:

  • Full details of 3 events you have planned (full criteria below), including venue info (as we do spot check with venues)
  • Passport details if you require a visa for entry into the USA

We'll ask you for details on your events as follows:

Agency & Corporate buyers:

  • 2 events that have taken place in the past 18 months
  • 1 additional event that has either taken place in the past 18 months, or a confirmed event that is going to take place in the next 12 months

Association Buyers:

  • 2 events that have taken place in the past 3 years
  • 1 additional event that has either taken place in the past 3 years, or is going to take place in the next 3 years

The Location of your Events:

  • Buyers within the USA: 2 events must have occurred OUTSIDE the USA
  • Buyers from outside the USA: 1 event must have occurred INSIDE the USA, the other 2 events must be outside your home country

If you require a visa for entry to the USA, you will need your passport to complete the application form.

Communications from IMEX America will mainly be via email - Please ensure that our domain names 'imexexhibitions.com' and 'mail.imexexhibitions.com' are added to your safe-senders list.

For your own security, the IMEX application form is only active for 45 minutes.
Information in partially completed application forms will be saved however the security information will be required to be re-entered.

IMPORTANT: The application form, and all other communication from IMEX, will be in English. Please complete all fields in English.
